Keeping track of repair and maintenance, as well as any expenses for them requires a lot of attention. Aubian gives users the ability to divide services and the expenses for them in 4 - repair, maintenance, materials and labour. The Repairs module has different views if a company uses its own garage where it does its own repairs, if it uses services of another company or if it uses something in between - using repair services from other company and doing the maintenance on its own. The Repairs module stores full history of repairs and maintenance done on a selected vehicle as well as storing documentation for these actions. It could be used to track one part since it has been bought through its mounting, repairs, recycling, mounting again on another vehicle and eventually scrapping. The analytic part of the module gives the ability to calculate cost of a selected vehicle
